CEO- Director-Producer Alex
As the founder and CEO of SpyGame Studios, Alex Orellana has a strong passion for working in the Entertainment Industry.
When it comes to media content creation, brand integration, and segment producing, Alex and his team are a one-stop shop. They write, shoot, produce, direct, edit, market, and distribute- high value content, very quickly- and understand the technical, creative, and professional demands of creating amazing content.
Alex’s first jobs in LA were for CNN, Sony, and Disney. He worked his way up to the Assistant to Producer, Charles Roven, (Justice League, Wonder Woman and the Dark Knight Series.) Alex also was the assistant to Peter Schneider, the President of the Walt Disney Studios.
Alex took a brief hiatus from the feature film world and became an event producer, producing 1200 events private events for many celebrities, movie studios, and corporate clients.
Soon after, Alex produced many entertainment news segments, for various media outlets, covering major Red Carpet events, Award Shows and Sporting Events.

Project Manager- Kobus
Martyn is a versatile filmmaker who has created content for a variety of media platforms. As a member of the Producer’s Guild of America, he’s worked in television (FOX, NBC, Audience, Travel Channel, Oprah Winfrey Network and National Geographic) and produced TV commercials and branded content for social media and streaming platforms. Outside the world of filmmaking, he is a lover of music, time travel, surfing, , and training in krav maga at his local dojo.

Rubén is a Cuban-American filmmaker and content creator born and raised in Spain and based in Los Angeles since 2010. As a film producer, Rubén has produced award-wining thrillers like God’s Slave and documentaries like Spanish Exile. After producing content in Spain, Istanbul and South Korea, Rubén developed a passion for social change and multiculturalism. Rubén also worked on the launch of KBS World Latino, the Spanish-language network of Korea’s public broadcaster, helping adapt their content for Latin American audiences. Rubén lead the way for US mobile content in Spanish producing content for La Musica, a music streaming app that publishes 55 video pieces per week.

Candice is a Producer, hailing from St. Ann Jamaica. She has over ten years experience producing commercials and has worked on both the agency and production side in New York for companies like Pure Growth and HAVAS Worldwide.
One of the highlights of her career was working on the film “The Dream Still Lives,” conceived by Stevie Wonder and written and directed by Candice. In the film, entertainers, politicians, and athletes–including former President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama, Paul McCartney, Katy Perry, Meryl Streep, Chadwick Boseman, Senator Kamala Harris, Trevor Noah, Dave Chappelle, and Bruce Springsteen–address personal hopes for the future as inspired by MLK’s Dream.

Anne is an Emmy and Clio award-winning writer and producer. With 10+ years of experience in TV – writing, producing, marketing and branded content creation – she an exceptional storyteller in the media of TV, film and short form content. Anne has extensive experience producing commercials, on-air promotions and branded content for the NFL and other high profile brands. Anne has also harnessed her screenwriting background and skills and leveraged them into producing award-winning creative marketing campaigns. Anne is thrilled to bring her deep writing, producing and marketing experience to the SpyGame Studio team.

Constantin realized he wanted to make films, videos, and television when he was 10 years old. He moved from New York to attended the University of Central Florida to attend film school. While there, he won a Kodak Film Grant for his thesis film “Salt.” Since then, he has worked as a series producer, show producer, director, and more.
Constantin taught for 6 years at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida and taught film production at The New York Film Academy, at Universal Studios Florida.

Cody is a Director, who specializes in digital, social and branded content for many luxury and prestige brands. Cody’s specialty is his stylish noir look! Cody is a commercial veteran and really knows his stuff.

Starting as a Loader in the Camera department, Christian had the fortune to work at the highest level in both commercial and music video film production. He worked under top Directors such as David Fincher, Joe Carnahan, and Jon Favereau. Now an award winning Director and DP, Christian specializes in commercials, branded content and narrative.

Jake has been the Senior Content Producer at CBS Publicity and CBS Media for the past 5 years. He has created projects highlighting CBS primetime and daytime line up. He leads their social media video content campaigns for all primetime CBS shows, and successfully achieved view counts over 10 million across web and TV.

An LA transplant, Scott found his passion for cinematography while shooting skateboarding videos in Miami. He further refined his talents at the University of Central Florida where he was one of the most sought after directors of photography among his peers. It was in school and on set where Scott was able to develop his natural style of shooting. In the last few years his work has appeared on screen at The LA Film Festival, AFI Fest, SXSW, Slamdance, and Sundance, for which he has received high commendations for his work. Scott is also venturing into directing with his current viral success of Rob Cantor’s “Shia LaBeouf – Live.”

Will is an Emmy Award-winning cinematographer based out of LA. Will’s style has been described as clean, cinematic, and detail-oriented. Recently, Will worked as the cinematographer for Domenica Cameron- Scorsese’s debut feature film, “Almost Paris,” which had it’s world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival. His work has been presented at the United Nations, broadcast nationwide on ESPN, and was recently seen by millions worldwide on the website Thrillist.com

With over 15 years of experience as an accomplished editor, Alex’s super powers are his speed, storytelling and collaboration. Working with other creators to help craft their stories with compelling visual storytelling is at the forefront of his endeavors. Cutting branded content for broadcast and web is his speciality.

After a fellowship at NYU film school, Marcus established himself as a film editor in New York City, cutting a variety of content for ad agencies, cable networks and the fashion industry. His success developed into an award-winning writing and directing career at Nickelodeon that expanded even further once he moved to Los Angeles. For over a decade Marcus has written, directed and edited commercials, broadcast promos, digital content and music videos for a wide range of clients. He has worked with Oscar nominees, pro athletes, pop stars as well as the much-feared niche of kids and animals.

She has been instrumental in helping to shape Gwyneth Paltrow’s online video content for GOOP, and recently edited episodes for the MTV series “To Live and Dance in LA” and the pilot for David Gordon Green’s “There’s Johnny” for HULU.

Storyboard Artist- Josh
Josh is a LA-based freelance artist who specializes in storyboarding for film, TV, and animation, as well as comic books, concept art, and illustration.
As a graduate of the Kubert School, he has a special passion for superhero, fantasy, and science fiction comics. His dream is to work for Marvel or DC.

Storyboard Artist- Tim
Tim is a freelance storyboard artist and previsualization consultant for live-action films and television. He has drawn storyboards for six feature films and for and many commercials. Tim has a BA in Film/Video Production and has also trained at The Animation Guild in Burbank under Disney Master Instructors Karl Gnass and Mark McDonnell.

Analytics & Data Expert- Lui
Lui was was trained on Google analytics and blackhat SEO during the Wild Wild West of SEO. The rules were still being defined, and Lui was new to it all, but soon he became an expert in Marketing Analytics and Data. He is the type of guy who can help you get eyes on your video and he has a very large tool kit to get to your target audience of clients.

We are big believers in helping people grow in their careers and this is why we have developed an internship program that bridges the gap from what college students learn in school and practical real world industry experience.
Ian, our Intern Coordinator, hails from Washington DC and he is a writer and director. He spent his college years at the University of Wisconsin and is our top intern recruiter.
